Tomato Sauce

1/2 cup Passata ( Sieved Tomatoes from a bottle)
1 tablespoon Dextrose
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cummin powder
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon dried ginger powder (saunt)

Place passata in a small pan over medium flame and bring to the boil slowly. When it boils, add the rest of the ingredients, and stir. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Pour into a jug and provide a spoon for serving. This amount is too small for my family to bother with bottling, but you can bottle it, and keep in the fridge.
