In Goa on the Spice Plantation - where we had the most delicious Goan  and Konkan food. But don't you hate it when Coca Cola signs appear in your photos...I will have to GIMP it out..


In Brisbane, there's only one Goan restaurant, Figueredo's near Chardon's corner on the Southside that serves passable goan fare - though the standard is going down as the baton passes to the Aussie raised generation.

The other Indian restaurant we frequent is the Grand Taj in the Metropole. Prices have gone up recently, but fortunately the quality of the food hasn't!
