This year I abandoned the old recipe for one or two, from Nigella's Lawson's from the book Feast! given to me last year for Christmas by my son and daughter in law. But I made both varieties, in two shapes, the large deep round cake, and as jewelled cupcakes..
This photo came out well...looks as good as it tastes!
